                                                                            Buyer's Responsibilities:

To keep this guarantee offered to you in force you must have your puppy examined by a licensed
veterinarian within 72 hours of receipt. Seller must be informed immediately of the examination's result.
During the initial exam, should your veterinarian find the puppy to be a poor health risk or detect any
physical health problem that would require further veterinary care (other than required vaccinations
and/ or treatment for any type of parasite or bacteria, internal or external) you MUST contact seller
within 24 hours. A diagnosis of coccidiosis, giarrdia, parasites, or any other type of bacterial infection
does not render your puppy unhealthy. The failure of this will result in the cancellation of this guarantee.

Provide puppy with routine preventive care, such as, but not limited to,
• Physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian.
• Follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and deworming.

Health Guarantee:

Every effort has been made to assure that the puppy you have selected is healthy on the date of
delivery and that the puppy has received proper vaccinations and worming. The Buyer has been
informed of these and of future vaccinations and worming due, and will agree to have them done
on time, failure to do so will render this contract null and void.

This puppy is guaranteed for 1 year against fatal and life altering congenital disease which adversely
affects the health of the animal. This includes severe hip dysplasia which hampers a dog's movement
and natural gait and requires surgery to correct, kidney, heart, pancreas, and liver problems of
a severe life threatening or altering nature. If the dog dies within this 1 year time frame, the Buyer will
pay to have a necropsy done to ascertain reason. If reason is congenital, the Seller will replace the puppy.

A puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect will be replaced as follows:
• Animal must show the defect by 1 year of age. Seller must be notified of the problem within 2 business
days of the licensed veterinarian's determination and have two reports from two unassociated veterinarians
stating the same problem and Seller will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent quality and sex,
upon receiving statements from the veterinarians.

• A puppy with a defect must be returned or euthanized with the prior permission of the Seller to qualify
for a replacement puppy.

• No refund, in part or in full, will be given.

This guarantee does not cover what in the bulldog breed is considered common: cherry eye, entropion,
elongated soft palate, stenotic nares, hypoplastic trachea, dental and jaw malformations, skin allergies,
hip dysplasia, luxating patellas and vertebral anomalies.

This guarantee does not include uneven bites, undescended testicles, demodex mange, inguinal or umbilical
hernias, fleas, ticks or ear mite, Coccidia and Kennel Cough, which is common in puppies that are shipped
and usually caused by bacteria.

Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means
trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments.

All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only. We do not give refunds.

A returned puppy must be returned to the Seller in good condition, other than the specified problem, at the
Buyer's expense. The Buyer/owner will then qualify for a replacement puppy.

Buyer is responsible for ALL transportation costs to and from the Seller on returned puppy and on the
replacement puppy.

No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been bred, spayed, neutered, or euthanized without
Seller's permission.

Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and may be of comparable quality, but never of higher
quality. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact same parents of original puppy.

This guarantee applies to the original puppy only and is nontransferable to a second party.

There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example: allergies, thyroid
dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.

Any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee.

There is no guarantee or warranty that the Buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy regardless
of show or breeding potentials.

Limited registration puppies are Not to be used for breeding. Said puppy must be spayed/neutered before the age of 6
months. The breeder, upon proof of spay/neuter, will furnish Limited AKC Registration papers. If the above puppy is not
altered within this 6 month period, all guarantees are void and no AKC Registration papers will be given, and Seller has the
right to demand further payments for the price of a breedable animal but NO registration papers will be given. Having the
puppy altered at a later time does not apply. The breeder reserves the right to have puppy altered before placement in new
home. ____________

If Red Earth Kennels feels there is any misrepresentation of any kind, on the buyers part, this will cause
the contract to become null and void, and any money paid will be forfeited.
This contract is null and void if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled.

This contract supersedes any and all previous agreements.

Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction
of the State of Oklahoma, in the County of Caddo. It is agreed that the place of venue shall be in
Caddo County, Oklahoma.

Shipping/Delivery:

French Bulldog puppies are shipped at 10 weeks or later, NO EXCEPTIONS! Boxer puppies can be
shipped at 8 weeks.

Shipping is at Buyer's expense. I ship with Continental Airlines or Delta Airlines. Shipping fee
includes airfare, shipping crate, health certificate by a licensed veterinarian, and a starter kit
(food, leash, collar and toy(s).

I will try to ship your puppy when it is convenient for you, but sometimes that is not always an option.
I will ship your puppy at the first agreed upon date. If the weather is too cold or too hot shipping may
be delayed. I am also able to accompany your puppy on a flight, or you are always welcome to pick up your puppy.

Puppy must be paid for in FULL plus shipping fees,by the age of 6 weeks,unless other arrangements have been made.
All deposits are NON refundable.
