Buyer's Responsibilities:

receipt. Seller

be informed

immediately

Provide puppy with routine preventive care, such as, but not limited to

Physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian.
Follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and dewormings.

Health Guarantee:

Every effort has been made to assure that

said

puppy you have selected is healthy on the date of

delivery an

aid

puppy has received proper vaccinations and

worming

The Buyer has been

informed of these and future vaccinations and

worming

due, and will agree to have them done

on time.

Should

said

pup

develop any debilitating

genetic/hereditary disorder

that prohibit

the animal

from living a life

as a pet,

the

eller

replace

aid

puppy, from the

next available litter,

with a

pup

of equal

value

aid

puppy

must be returned to

the Seller

in good

condition, other than

specified

problem,

the

Buyer's

expense.

The

Buyer

wner

will

then

qualify

for a

replacement puppy,

under the following conditions

The Buyer will provide the Seller and Seller's Veterinarian with the necessary test

results,

documentation and

written Veterinary diagnosis, etc. .

dies due

to a “genetic”

condition

within

one year of the

purchase date, the

eller

ill

replace

aid

puppy under the following conditions:

A necropsy must be performed on the animal, by a licensed Veterinarian, and the report

must be

forwarded to the

eller and

eller's

Veterinarian

for review.

Seller's Veterinarian concurs from the necropsy report that cause of death was due to a

genetic condition, the

eller will

replace the animal.

Buyer is responsible for ALL

transportation costs to and

from the Seller

returned puppy and

replacement puppy.

Seller will

not be

responsible for

any medical

expenses

incurred.

Buyer

is aware that owning a

puppy

mean

trips

the

veterinarian

and

understands that

he/she

will

be responsible

for all

payments

This guarantee applies to the original puppy only and is nontransferable to a second party.

This contract supersedes any and all previous agreements

, oral or written.

No refund, in part or in full, will be given.

Any

physical

problem

which is

could

the

result

injury

not

covered

under

this

guarantee.

Limited

egistration

puppies are

to be used for breeding.

Said

puppy must be

spayed

neutered before the

age of 1

year

The

reeder

/Seller

, upon proof of spay/neuter, will furnish

Limited AKC Registration papers.

If for any reason during the life of the dog the buyer is unable to keep this dog, the buyer is to advise the

seller and give the seller first right of refusal.. At no time will the buyer give or sell this dog to any pet shop,

breeding farm, puppy broker, or any entity engaged in animal research. For no reason should the dog be

placed in an animal shelter, humane society, or similar facility.

Buyer understands this contract fully

agrees that

any

all legal

disputes

resulting from

this

agreement shall be under the

jurisdiction

of the

State of Oklahoma, in the

County of Caddo. It

is agreed that the place of venue shall be in

Caddo County, Oklahoma.
